As we find ourselves hurling beyond the event horizon of AI, humanity finds itself on the verge of some limitless potential. A sign of the times, the Aquarian Age has captivated the subconscious processes of human evolution for over 50 years. This concept of a unified world is purportedly guided by the harnessing of autonomous power resourced from cosmic awareness. As beautiful as world peace looks on paper, we find humanity arguing as much as ever, and the question remains whether humanity wants to share one voice in support of saving our planet.

In order to really get synced up, to hear our hearts beating as one, we must each assume the responsibility of helping get one another out of the negative ruts and patterns that plague society entirely. In a recent conversation I had with Isaac Barbosa from Neat Energy, a reference was made to ruts in our mental processes that keep us stuck in patterns that do not serve us are a bit like a muddy dirt road that goes in a circle. The ruts get deeper and become dried canyons over time, when we fail to exercise our minds with some regular meditation or consciousness expanding practice. The result ultimately “forces” our minds to stay in negative loops. As a technique to “soften the mud of the mind” and make it possible to build new neural pathways, we can apply frequencies below 20 hZ for induction periods which increase neuroplasticity. As our waking brainwaves become more flexible, our capacity to create new patterns increases. Both light pulses and EMF pulses work to train brainwave activity. However for my personal practice as a musician, performer and DJ producer, I am fascinated by how sound waves can be used to altar states of consciousness. Music and frequencies may be applied to heal our minds, bodies and souls.

Sonic induction for most people requires active listening for over 15 minutes, and a period of 45 minutes is recommended by sound therapists who work with singing bowls and other tools. Rachael Dougherty at Morning Star Sound Therapy works with sound sources tuned to planetary frequencies and generate monaural beat patterns that span the entire brainwave frequency bandwidths. As a rule for sound designers, it is helpful to understand that an entrainment beat frequency pattern results from placing two notes together with a slight difference between the tones. 100 hZ + 101 hZ will generate a 1 hZ entrainment pattern that syncs the brainwave activity of the listener based on FFR (Frequency Follow Response), a science developed by Bob Monroe. Panned far left and right, the result is what we term binaural beats, a phenomenon that requires headphones to perceive accurately.

Community evolution is clearly showing a drive back to the source. A time when we danced around the fire, chanting, drumming, singing and healing together as a tribe. In order for all come together again in this primal integrated fashion, we each must take on the work to synchronize with creation. What ever that form takes for you as an individual, seek out where you belong, where you resonate and what rhythms you enjoy. Soften the clay of your mind and become moldable once again. Find your community where you can drum or sing or dance or be free. Then be that freedom, express your spirit with your culture. As we come into harmony with the collective consciousness of Gaia, then we can most serve our purpose on this beautiful planet. And then maybe, just maybe, we can save the Earth from our destructive tendencies.

As individuals we must make the choice to explore the subtle energy of our own consciousness. As a community we must enter into a new age of harmonized synchronicity and experience the realization of co-creation and manifestation. Can world peace be realized through free will or are humans doomed to self-sabotage? Perhaps the conundrum will never be solved, but we surely ought to give peace a dance.
